Location is in the central part of the city. Charming late 19 th century building in Modern style. 5-15 minutes to walk for use the tram & metro.
Apartment is nice, ceiling's is high and rooms are spacious.
Highly friendly and caring owner will tell you how to get, what’s to see and where to go about amazing Budapest. I highly recommend staying with Michalý.

Die Lage ist gut und das Zimmer wunderbar ruhig. Mihály ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

Mihaly ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Die kurze Reaktionszeit auf Anfragen sowie der gesamte Kontakt waren fabelhaft!

Sehr schöne historisches gebäude.mit strassenbahn kann man sehr einfach überall hinfahren.der gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und viele tipps für meinen aufenthalt in budapest gegeben.ich hätte gerne wiederkommen und weiter empfehlen

ESP Mihaly encantador y habla español. El piso genial (en corrala estilo Budapest), al lado de la calle Raday (bares y cafés). Cerca del río, del metro y de la sauna gay. Súper recomendable.
ENG Mihaly was the perfect host. The flat was very quaint and charming, close to river, metro, gay sauna and Raday Street for the cafés and restaurants. Excellent choice!

Ich bedanke Mihaly fuer meine erste Aufenthalt in Budapest! ganz netter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Bequeme, ruhige Lage, gemuetliche Zimmer:) Alles in der Naehe, schoene Donauufer in 2 Geheminuten, zahlreiche Cafe und Restaurants auf parallele Straße:) Gerne weiteremfehlen!

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mihali qui nous attendait. La chambre est encore plus spacieuse et confortable que ce que nous attendions. L'appartement donnant sur une cour intérieure, est de fait très calme. Mihali nous a servi le petit déjeuner que nous souhaitions, très complet et copieux. Mihali reste à disposition de ses hôtes mais sait être très discret. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 minutes des tramways, dont celui qui va au centre ville. Il est aussi tout proche du Danube. En résumé un très bon rapport qualité/emplacement/prix pour Budapest. Nous recommandons

Mihály was always very helpful, an extremely friendly and welcoming host, a reliable person. The accomodation was super clean, corresponded to the pics and description, cozy apartment with easy access to public transportation.

Ausgesprochen freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der selbst aus der Tourismusbranche kommt und perfekt deutsch spricht. Von ihm wurde ich bestens mit Tipps und Informationen zur Stadt und Szene versorgt. Frühstück war reichhaltig und nach meinen Wünschen. Das Zimmer it sehr groß und sauber, auch Bad und Küche waren sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch, mit Bus oder Tram ist man schnell überall. Ich fühlte mich rundum wohl!
